If the Yanks lost Cano, they will sign Choo in a heartbeat and trade Gardner.  Ben will not pay Choo that kind of money I think.  And even if Choo comes to Boston, he's not playing the CF.  He's either RF or LF.

could be but I think they like beltran more

Wow...Good for Hill...My guess is that they turn their attention to David Price next...
Yanks have absolutely nothing to trade for Price.  Nadda.
Shupe, i think he meant the M's...
You are correct.  Besides, the Rays aren't trading Price within the division...

Love to see it happen Kim, but I don't think it will. Can't see Cano wanting to play for Seattle and it would be a PR nightmare for that jerk Jay Z (Mr. New York). I can't really see him rapping about Seattle and wearing a Mariner's cap.

I think they are just trying to play the yankees to get their offer up.

    Hope I'm proved wrong.

Not really, Happy Cano Day Kim! Smile

    He'll end up with Yankees

That's what I'm thinking too, but if they lose Cano and gain Ellsbury, they are not much better off than 2013.

McCann is not leading them to the promise land.

I am shocked.  Happy to see th eYanks lose - although now they have cash to get 2 -3 players

If I find Robbie, I'm going to plant one right on him. Kiss Really takes the sting out of taking Ellsbury, Jete. I would have given them Ellsbury for free if they agreed to lose Cano and Granderson. Wink

Pretty wild for Seattle fans to wake up and find out they now have Robinson Cano on their team. What a change for that team.
