And mercifully, Youk didn't get a 5th at bat to potentially add on to the "big sombrero" of 4K's.

YOU CAN'T FIND ANY POSITIVES BECAUSE THERE WERE NONE.
WE GOT CRUSHED BY A SUPERIOR TEAM THAT SCOUTS BETTER,
DRAFTS BETTER AND HAS A HIGHER TALENT LEVEL. QUITE A
FEW OF THE GUYS ON OUR SQUAD WOULD BE PLAYING AT
THE AAA LEVEL IN TEXAS, NY, AND DETROIT. EVEN KAAT SAID
THAT AVILES IS NOT FIT TO PLAY SS, SOMETHING THAT
EVEN WAS EVIDENT TO THE CASUAL VIEWER AFTER TWO
WEEKS OF BASEBALL. OUR OFFENSE IS TWO GUYS...PAPI
AND PEDROIA...AND THAT'S IT. THE REST OF THE GUYS
JUST PLAIN STINK. YOUKILIS IS THROUGH, SALTY CAN'T
HIT AT THE MAJOR LEAGUE LEVEL, AND THE REST OF THE
SQUAD IS GOING THROUGH THE MOTIONS, INCLUDING AGON.

    HERE'S A PREDICTION....LAST PLACE AND THE DEPARTURE
OF YOUK, SALTALAMACCHIA, AVILES, AND PUNTO AT THE
VERY LEAST BY JUNE 1. AND YOU CAN ADD IN REPKO. THE
WAY THIS TEAM IS HEADED, THERE IS NO LIGHT AT THE
END OF THE TUNNEL. THE TWO HIGH SCORE GAMES W.
THE RAYS WERE AN ILLUSION ! EVEN THE ORIOLES ARE
    BETTER...AT CATCHER, 3B, CENTERFIELD , RIGHT FIELD,
SHORTSTOP. WIETERS, REYNOLDS , JONES, MARKAKIS
AND HARDY. AND DON'T FORGET ANDINO. WHILE
BOSTON DAWDLED, THE AL CAUGHT UP AND PASSED US.

    1) No errors ( I guess they took Ross's error away since he got a force at third)
    2) Sweeney continues to impress
    3) Only 6 LOB
    4) Had lead after one inning of play
    5) Didn't have to worry about who was going to close

    Exactly.  It was 1 game.

The Giants lost 1/8 of their schedule to the Redskins and managed to win the Super Bowl, I'd say losing .6173% of your schedule to the team that has gone to world series the past 2 years in managable.

    1. The scoreboard operator got a good aerobic workout in rather than standing around.

    2. No one ate fried chicken except for Pike.

    3. We get to see how Beni spins this into something good for our team.

    4. Margin of victory is not a meaningful baseball stat.
