    He threw from 120 feet at high intesity and Buch said he felt great doing so. He also said it was the 1st time he threw with that much intensity where he didnt think about his shoulder, he just did it.

    next is off the mound, simulated game, rehab starts in AAA.

    Everything is going smoothly with no issues.

    as long as he's back in time for the PS i don't care how long it takes him... We have starter depth to carry us into the PS. We just need him to make a very deep run.

    The way I see it and figure it if Im correct on the steps left for him until he returns, end of August he should be ready. Thats including 2 rehab starts. Maybe in time for the CWS series the last weekend in August.

    then that gives him a full month+ to get into a groove and get hot in time for the postseason.
