I thought this closer was so terrific?  He can't get a 4 out save?

This went from good to bad very fast. Farrell left lackey in one batter too many and put more pressure on breslow than he needed to have. Of course, the bad news bears suddenly reared their ugly head briefly and here we are.
Not farrells fault, breslow chocked
Farrell didn't make it easier. Your starter is tiring top of 7th,  walks the first batter...pull him.
Breslow is a big boy, he should have been able to handle the pressure.

Not looking good here like I said when Lackey left. Our heart of order is gone and Saltalamachia, Drew and Baeggarts are up next inning.

Yep game over. Stupidity rules, as well as having a hard time beating the pharmaceutical industry. It's a recipe for disaster and here it is. Could set bad tone for rest of series. Losses like this one are harder knowing you beat yourself.

I think the sox will be ok.  They are gamers so they don't give up that easily.  The cards stunk last night but rallied tonight.  I never thought the sox would sweep, I do think they will win in 6.  I could be wrong, but I hope not.
