It's hilarious that zero people have any issue with what they see from the Cards pitchers. You are being fooled! How many more young pitchers with pinpoint accuracy throwning 98 do you need to see before you say hmmm something just isn't quite right here? Are you people that dense you can't see it?
I think they are ip to something too with all these guys hitting high 90s in their 20s. Something is rotten in Denmark !
Well thank you. Why this board isn't up in arms shouting about it is beyond me. They mustn't be watching the same thing we are huh?
No way to know the truth at this point.  If they are doing roids what can we do about it.
I know the truth. Everyone who knows anything about baseball knows they are juicing. I'm gonna make some calls to the league offices and might get a lawyer who wants to get some notoriety. You can sell me on 1 maybe 2. Maybe. Not 4 or 5. So just sit around and say this is abnormal. Isn't realistic but oh well?
I don't think it's normal at all.  You may have a point but not much we can do about it at this point
Nothing you can do about it now. You will probably read about it five years from now.
yup, they will put an asteriks my their world series win.  that should give us some comfort Frown

Let's see how Peavy pitches in the 2nd.

Somehow seems to me even Dempster would have fared better.  At least he would pitch 6 innings, giving up 2-3 runs.
much better. hopefully he settled down and in. Thankfully, the first wasnt a big inning
If their bats don't heat up 2 runs may win the game

Saltalamachia is striking out again like old times. He has a MAJOR HOLE in that swing of his. Doesn't any of the hitting coaches work with him on that swing ?

Defense isn't going to matter tonight or tomorrow. With the Cardinals two worst starters, the better bats should be in the lineup.

Someone who's 4 for 43 should be on the bench. Period. His at bats are awful. Period.

If the Sox lose tonight with little offense, Drew will not be in the lineup tomorrow. Guaranteed.

Re: World Series Game 3 Thread: Red Sox at Cardinals

Flood the radio stations constantly with PED calls. Flood them. Force them to acknowlege it. Use facts, which if we all got together I'm sure we could dig up stats about playoff rotations and young pitchers that arent this good. Thats how you start it. Emails, phone calls. Keep hammering them. They are winning this series because they have 20 year olds doing this. Period. That isnt fair, and needs to be caught now, not in 5 years.  It makes this series unwatchable, and I feel soooooo sorry for the Red Sox players. Its sad that they have to go through this.
