BS. someone told him to knock off whatever he was on. You don't drop back to your college velocities accurately just because you are hurt. I think MLB had a conversation with the Cards.

    You're crazy dude.

    [/QUOTE]

Okay, then explain. So far, he's the only starter other than Buchhoz to be drastically under his playoff velocity. If anything, Wainwright was better in game 5 than his game 1.  Wacha was hitting 96-97 effortlessly game 2. Not so much tonight. Go read his college scouting profile and tell me which one matches up. Tonight, or the what he was every other game this year? 93-94 top at 95? Or 97+. Yeah, I do my research. Sorry bro.

Does anyone remember Brooks Robonson's performance in the World Series in the late 60's.  It propelled him into the Hall of Fame in spite of a career average of .267 and less than 300 homers. Papi's performance in this World Series should erase any doubts about his HOF candidacy, DH not withstanding.

Depends on what it is I'm sure. whatever. I see with my own eyes. You don't drop that much average velocity, in this case 3-4 mph just because.
