Need a last-minute activity? The Kid's Place 4 Fun has ongoing drop-in workshops all day, every day. Create mosaics, work with ceramics, tie dye a t-shirt (you have to bring your own), or make a gift for Father's Day. Items include mugs, platters, picture frames and more. For a full menu of options, check out their website. And if you want to add an extra zing in your afternoon, they also offer "sandy candy" (edible sand art), slushies and cotton candy. Daily, 10 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Prices vary depending on art activity. 33 Highland Ave., Needham. www.kidsplace4fun.com
