Karen Klein, a 68-year-old bus monitor in New York, was bullied by middle school kids on the bus, who called her names and taunted her, reports the Associated Press. The bullying was caught on video, which went viral.
Klein was interviewed by Matt Lauer this morning on the "Today" show (posted above). Lauer called the kids "narrow-minded monsters" and said their parents "should be ashamed."
