Meet Diana Renn, author of the exciting new young adult mystery, "Tokyo Heist," tonight at Barnes and Noble in Burlington. The novel, appropriate for readers over 10, is a thrilling tale about an art heist that takes the main character, Violet, from Seattle to the yakuza-infested streets of Tokyo to a secluded inn in Kyoto. In this award-winning debut novel, the author weaves together romance, mystery, and action in a way that will appeal to a wide range of readers. During the event, Ms. Renn will read from her novel, lead a Q&A, and there will be chocolate pocky (a popular Japanese snack) for everyone. Thursday, July 12, 7 p.m. Free. Ages 10 and older.
