Instead of swimming or sunbathing, spend a morning at the beach learning! On Saturday, visitors to Duxbury Beach can find out all about the special creatures that call the beach home. In the two-hour program, you can learn about creatures with shells, find out where the sand comes from, investigate which animals live in the wrack line. The program is funded by the Duxbury Beach Reservation. Preregistration is not required. Participants can meet at Duxbury Beach in the parking lot at the east end of Powder Point Bridge. Saturday, July 7, 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. Free. All ages. www.massaudubon.org
