Free Fun Fridays 2012, Boston area, Aug. 3

Take advantage of Free Fun Fridays at venues in the Boston area this week. Sponsored by the Highland Street Foundation, on every Friday throughout the summer a number of museums, performances and attractions are free of charge. Yes, that's right. FREE. This Friday's features are the Museum of Fine Arts Boston, the Norman Rockwell Museum, the Amelia Park Children's Museum, the Fuller Craft Museum, and the Arnold Arboretum. Though admission is free, normal parking rates will still apply, and some free hours vary by vendor. Please visit each venue's website for information. Also note that some ticket quantities are limited and available on a first-come basis, particularly those for performances. Friday, Aug. 3. Free. All ages. Locations vary. www.highlandstreet.org
