USS Constitution Museum.jpgExplore a sailor's life with a visit to the USS Constitution Museum! Start your visit with "Mutinous Expedition: A Quest Based on Honest Truth," in which you'll relive the story of Jack Tarr, an ordinary seaman aboard Constitution, and his struggle to decide whether to join a mutinous crew or stay loyal to Captain Bainbridge. Look for hidden clues throughout the museum's galleries to help you make your decision. Quest kits are available in the Museum lobby. Or, check out a seabag discovery kit to use during your visit (available at both the Charlestown Navy Yard Visitor Center or the USS Constitution Museum). The kits are themed to the War of 1812 and explore the ideas of symbols and tools of the trade. Each discovery kit includes things for families to do together at each of the three sites within the Charlestown Navy Yard: the NPS Visitor Center, USS Constitution, and the USS Constitution Museum. Daily, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Suggested donation of $5 for adults, $3 for seniors, and $2 for children; however, any amount is greatly appreciated.
