Royal bump watchers, ahoy!

Kate Middleton, the pregnant Duchess of Cambridge, 31, is showing off her baby bump in a gray MaxMara Studio wrap dress while out visiting a treatment center run by one of her charities, Action on Addiction, Tuesday morning in London.

Middleton was spotted holding her hands protectively over her belly at the event.

Find out Middleton's answer when a mother at the event asked if she was nervous about having a child in this People.com report.

Middleton is due in July.

Are you pregnant and showing? If so, we'd like to see your baby bump.
