Second-graders correct Wes Welker's tweet

To add insult to injury for the New England Patriots, who missed playing in the Super Bowl after losing to the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC Championship game, players are now getting spelling and grammar lessons from second graders.

Well, at least one player is.

Second graders at Elmood Franklin School in Buffalo, N.Y. have made it their mission to correct the spelling, grammar, and sentence structure of NFL players' tweets.

And guess who's on their list? Patriots wide receiver Wes Welker.

Welker's tweet in question? He sent it back on Christmas Day.

Merry Christmas to everyone. My God bless you all!

The second-graders corrected the tweet to say:

Merry Christmas to everyone. May God bless you all!
