Study: More working mothers want to work full time

In a Pew Research Center study released today, researchers found a spike in the number of working mothers who said they'd prefer to work full time, reports The Associated Press.

The percentage of working mothers wanting to work full time climbed to 37 percent, up from 21 percent in 2007.
