"Pinkalicious: The Musical," based on the popular book by Victoria Kann, will be presented by the Boston Children's Theatre at the Boston Center for the Arts on select days this month. In this family-friendly musical, Pinkalicious can’t stop eating pink cupcakes despite warnings from her parents. Her pink indulgence lands her at the doctor’s office with Pinkititis, an affliction that turns her pink from head to toe—a dream come true for this pink-loving enthusiast. But when her hue goes too far, only Pinkalicious can figure out a way to get out of this predicament. Grab a cupcake and enjoy the show! Sat. & Sun., Jan. 18, 19, 25 & 26, and Feb. 1 & 2. All shows at 2 p.m. $25. Grandparents' packages are also available that include 2 tickets to the show, a special souvenir and a photo with the class. The Calderwood Pavilion, Boston Center for the Arts, 527 Tremont St., Boston. www.bostonchildrenstheatre.org
