    First major upset last night with Sandwich beating Tewksbury/Methuen.

    Think the two top seeds got the two toughest brackets. A/B could face a very tough Billerica team in the first round and highly likely to face either Barnstable or Woburn in the Quarterfinals. B/D get more »

    Couple of important results even with the snow today. Billerica/Chelmsford Tie qualifies both for tournament.  Newton North Win over Needham puts them in a good spot to qualify. Field could grow to 24 more »

    Two weeks left and as of today I count 14 teams as qualified in D1. 6 more I expect to make it in with relative ease. 2-3 that will go down to the wire to qualify. 2-3 that need to win some games wher more »

    Won't be too surprised by any of 7-8 teams winning it all in D1. St. Mary's, Arlington Catholic, Woburn, Acton/Boxboro, Hingham, Reading, Lexington with a good string could all win the whole thing. An more »
