It's absolutely reasonable to say the Bruins have missed Kelly and Paille. The 3rd line is crucial when the Wings haven't the depth to pressure Krecji, Bergeron AND Soderberg's line. If you hadn't not more »

In response to Fletcher1's comment: [QUOTE] 2) The Bruins are drafting further back, on account of their long playoff runs. You can't compare Edmonton's likelihood of top-5 draftee making the lineup more »

I think "games played" isn't a great statistic to judge incoming draftees, it can say more about your inability than your ability to draft. For instance, and I will continue to beat this drum until he more »

Sadly... The AHL all-rookie team was announced two days ago and noticing Khokhlachev's absence I looked into who beat him out for the honor. 1. Curtis McKenzie (Dal) - 70gms: 22g, 38a 2. Teemu Pulkkin more »

I have to add this about Caron, did any of you guys see the Behind the B episode when some of the rooks went to Wolfgang Pucks restaurant for dinner when they were in LA? I laughed with glee when Caro more »

I'd rather see Spooner in net if that meant Tuukka playing in Caron's spot. Honestly, if a team was scouting Caron at this point for a trade for a 1st round pick/future all-star, the report would look more »

I think its obvious it's Lowe's fault. The guy is too chicken-bleep to make the sensible trade at the draft in order to actually improve the TEAM rather than picking "the next Lemieux" with all those more »

First glance... Washington's forwards are allergic to the defensive zone.
Washington's top 4 defensemen (TOI) are a combined -28 and their top 4 forwards (TOI) are a combined -65. YUCK!

28 points puts him 1 shy of breaking his NHL best total and would place him 10th on the Bruins.

I think Miller has taken McQuaid's job. With a 2-year one-way contract I think the Bruins think that too. Who does McQuaid supplant? In my estimation in a 3rd d-pair rotation of Bartkowski, Meszaros, more »
