Mother and three children injured in Middleborough crash
A Middleborough mother and her three young children were injured Saturday night when their 2007 Ford Escape slammed into a tree, Middleborough police said.
The sport utility vehicle struck a tree on Rocky Meadow Street near Tispaquin Street, Middleborough police Sergeant Deborah Batista said.
The 33-year-old mother was transported by Medflight to Tufts Medical Center in Boston, Batista said, and her three children — ages two and a half, six and a half, and 10 and a half — were taken to Jordan Hospital in Plymouth.
No information was immediately available on the medical conditions of the mother or children.Jeremy C. Fox can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org. Follow him on Twitter @jeremycfox.
