Police conduct murder probe after burning body is found in R.I. cemetery
Police are conducting a murder investigation into the death of a man in his 20s whose body was found burning in a Cranston, R.I., cemetery, police said today.
Firefighters discovered the body around 11 p.m. Wednesday while responding to a report of a brush fire near the cemetery. When the firefighters realized a body was involved in the blaze, they called in police, Cranston Deputy Fire Chief Stephen Joyce said.
