A 20-year-old man and his dog were able to escape from their vehicle after it rolled over and became fully engulfed in flames on Route 24 in Brockton early Monday, State Police said. Troopers responded to northbound lanes of Route 24 — just south of Exit 17 — at 6:08 a.m. where they found a Saturn sedan rolled over and in flames, State Police said.
