It’s been a banner year for Ben Affleck. His new movie, “Argo,” is getting all kinds of Oscar buzz, which prompted GQ to put the Cambridge-bred actor/director — as well as “Magic Mike” star Channing Tatum — on the cover of the magazine’s 2012 “Men of the Year” issue. (It’s on newsstands Friday.) And what are the criteria to be considered a “man of the year”? According to a GQ press release, the list is reserved for the “most incredible, awe-inspiring, prolific men.”
