Boston comedy ‘The Heat’ gets a trailer

It’s only been about two months since “Bridesmaids” director Paul Feig finished shooting his comedy “The Heat” in Boston, but he’s already released a trailer for the film. An early look at the 20th Century Fox picture shows some nice views of Roxbury, a sunny Boston skyline, and plenty of scenes featuring Melissa McCarthy in a Pawtucket Red Sox
T-shirt. The buddy cop comedy, which also stars Sandra Bullock, was made around the city over the summer and set up shop for much of the shoot in Dudley Square. It’s set to be released in April.
