We’ve been enjoying reports from Nantucket islanders who managed to get a glimpse of Vice President Joe Biden over the weekend. As you may have heard, Biden was there to spend Thanksgiving with his family — and to participate in this year’s Cold Turkey Plunge to benefit the Weezie Library for Children. Biden took a very chilly dip with his family on Thursday, and was later spotted all around town, shopping and relaxing. @HeidiBol
and12 reported on Twitter, “Just shopped with Joe Biden on Nantucket #swag.” @KAG24 reported, “Joe Biden is at Murray’s #nantucket.” And Emily Kronau, a.k.a. @Em
Kronau, had this to say of his quick swim: “Just watched Biden plunge into the ocean on Nantucket #solid.”
