‘Argo’ tops $100 million

Boston’s Ben Affleck has yet another reason to pat himself on the back. Warner Bros. announced this weekend that Ben’s latest directorial project, “Argo,” has officially made more than $100 million at the domestic box office. Not bad, considering it’s a historic drama that’s been up against teen vampires and James Bond. The announcement means that “Argo” has made more money than Affleck’s Boston crime thriller “The Town,” which earned about $92 million.
