Gone but not forgotten. That’s former Sox — and future Yankee? — third baseman Kevin Youkilis, who hosted a fund-raiser for his Youk’s Kids charity at Royale Thursday. Youkilis, who may be bound for the Bronx now that Alex Rodriguez is on the shelf, was among friends at the annual Not Your Average Idol event. The guest list included Bruins Shawn Thornton and Tuukka Rask, NESN’s Jenny Dell, Pats linebacker Eric Alexander and alum Kevin Faulk, Sox pitcher Chris Carpenter, and “Person of Interest” actor Kevin Chapman.
