New Year’s Eve started early at the Revere. The hotel’s lounge, Emerald, hosted a Sunday night industry party for revelers who might be working on Monday night — or just didn’t want to wait for the party. Boston’s own Clinton Sparks (top) DJ’d the festivities. Guests included (above, from left) Kupah James, 28, and Rosa Martinez, 24, both of Boston, and Taliah Mah, 21, and Lea Morrison, 22, who also live in town. Sparks had plans to spend New Year’s Eve in Providence. And by Providence we mean the nightclub Providence at the Hotel Tropicana in Atlantic City.
