Robert Kraft companion Ricki Lander is in new “Movie 43”

There are loads of stars in “Movie 43,” a somewhat experimental and very vulgar new comedy, partially directed and produced by Peter Farrelly. A series of loosely connected shorts, “Movie 43” doesn’t have a cast of thousands, but almost. Hugh Jackman, Halle Berry, Emma Stone, Gerard Butler, Elizabeth Banks, Kate Winslet, Richard Gere, and Liev Schreiber are just a few of the familiar faces in the film, which opens Jan. 25. (Nothing if not a collaborative effort, “Movie 43” has 11 directors, 15 writers, and 12 story lines.)

The cast also includes Ricki Lander, a 30-something actress who may be better known for being an occasional companion of Patriots owner Robert Kraft. (Did you see her in “Life Happens” or “5 Nights in Hollywood”? We didn’t either.) Lander is in scenes with Gere and Berry, which she filmed a couple of years ago, before she and Kraft became acquainted. “She’s extremely nice and very sweet,” Farrelly told us. “Her role is small — she only has a couple of lines — but she was great.” A huge Pats fan, Farrelly said he admires Kraft and hopes he’s happy. “You know, Bob Kraft is a god. He’s a great guy and he had a great marriage and his wife passed away. I think some people are sort of wondering, ‘What’s going on there?’ The guy’s single, and he’s dating a woman, and she’s a very nice person.”
