Needham’s own Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman now has her own TV show — Flippin’ Awesome — on the YouTube channel AwesomenessTV. On the show, the gold medalist breaks down viral sports videos, and awards them medals of their own. In her first vid, Raisman highlights some of her fellow gymnasts’ achievements — and their painful falls. At the end of each segment, viewers vote for which video they think should win the gold. “Flippin’ Awesome” will air every Sunday, according to the folks at YouTube . . . Mayor Tom Menino and first lady Angela attended Joslin Diabetes Center’s “CityFeast” the other night. A longtime supporter of the event, Menino was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in October. “CityFeast” was started by Antico Forno owner Carla Gomes after her son David was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes as a baby.
