As it has for the past few years, Sundance USA this week screened a film from the Sundance Film Festival at the Coolidge Corner Theatre. This year’s movie was “The Lifeguard,” about a reporter (played by Kristen Bell) who returns to her old lifeguard job in her Connecticut hometown. The film’s writer-director, Liz W. Garcia (near right), was there, as was her mom, Claire Watson Garcia (far right).
