Megan Hilty to perform with the Pops

“Smash” is back and Megan Hilty is soon to follow. Hilty (above), who stars on the NBC show, is coming to Boston May 23 to perform with the Pops at Symphony Hall. And Hilty won’t have to look over her shoulder to see if Katharine McPhee, who plays her rival on “Smash,” will be waiting in the wings. She won’t be.
