‘Southie Rules’ cast members defend show

Camille and Jonathan Niedzwiecki and Leah Winters, cast members of A&E’s quasi reality show “Southie Rules,” dropped by RadioBDC Tuesday, and it was clear they’re annoyed by critics who claim the show is staged. “Can I address the accents?” Camille told host Julie Kramer. “Look, we’re from Southie and this is the way we talk. If you think it’s exaggerated, then you need to stop watching movies, where the accents are fake. This is the real deal. If you don’t believe it, come spend some time in God’s country.” And by that, she means a triple-decker in South Boston.
