Kristen Kish, who reigned supreme on season 10 of Bravo’s “Top Chef,” is the new chef de cuisine at Menton, owner Barbara Lynch announced Friday. The Boston-based Kish has worked for Lynch since 2011, most recently at Stir. “I am thrilled that Kristen will be leading the kitchen at Menton and I look forward to working with her,” Lynch said in a statement. “As the chef at Stir, Kristen demonstrated her creativity and talents each evening with a new menu. Watching her — along with the rest of the country — ultimately win ‘Top Chef’ reinforced what I already knew: She is an exceptionally gifted chef with amazing heart, integrity, and an incredible understanding of what it takes to create beautiful and delicious dishes.”
