Aaron Carter claims he was attacked by NKOTB fans
Aaron Carter, the onetime teenybopper most famous for being the younger brother of Backstreet Boy Nick Carter, claims he was beaten up by a group of New Kids on the Block fans while in Boston over the weekend. The 25-year-old towheaded singer posted pictures of himself on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram sporting a black eye and bruised hand. He told TMZ he was leaving dinner with a friend Saturday when a man approached him in a parking lot and yelled: “I heard you’re doing a show here tomorrow. This is the town of the New Kids.” (Wait, aren’t New Kids fans mostly 35-year-old women?) Carter said three more guys then jumped out of a Chevy Malibu and started hitting him. “I think my knuckles might be broken, but that’s what they get,” Carter told TMZ. “People think I’m a pretty little white boy but no way. I think I won. I’m still standing.” Carter did not report the incident to police, though he did tweet about it. “Eh @jordanKnight this one of your homies? He got his [expletive] handed to him last night but his boys got me. #Soldier.” He also tweeted a picture of himself wearing a Red Sox hat. “Still loving BEANTOWN!! #BostonStrong.” Attempts to reach Carter were unsuccessful.
