John & Tanya Boucher, Winthrop
To all the families that have lost loved ones you are in our thoughts and in our prayers.

Kerri R, Boston
This senseless act has left us all numb. I cannot begin to know how the victims of this tragedy feel, however my thoughts and prayers are with them all and hopefully some way, some how justice will be served. I just hope we can all feel safe again in our own country.

Megan Kirkman, Brighton
My prayers go out to all the victims and their relatives. May America fight in the memory of those who perished and get the people who did this.

Carol J Sheehan, West Roxbury
Every single fire fighter and police officer and civilians deserve a great deal of thanks from all of us. I want them to know that I am proud of each and everyone of them. We love and care for all of them. Thankyou.

William, Rochester, NY
My thoughts are with all of the relatives & friends of the victims. I can't even begin to understand what all of those people are going through right now. Life in the U.S. will never be the same.

Paul J Baldi Sr, Raynham
No words can describe the unspeakable grief we are all feeling for you and your families. All the victims are heroes and we all should be proud of each and every one of them. God Bless America.

Debbie, Braintree
They have already took so many from us, we can't let them take anymore. I believe our government will follow through on their promises. We need to keep strong, stay focused, and be positive. My heart aches every second of the day for the victims and their loved ones. Your in my prayers and God is with you. I am and will always be proud to be an AMERICAN.

Luis Cruz, Boston
Are prayers are with the American people in this tragedy, here from Boston and from the Dominican Republic. New York will be Strong again.

Maureen, Weymouth
Alot has passed through my mind in the past few days. The phone rang as I reached my desk Tuesday...frantically, my sister tells me a plane just crashed into the World Trade Center. As I rush across the hall to turn on the television. I, too witness the second crash.....complete chaos, then silence...then the pentagon....no, it can't be another.... My body goes numb, it is like nothing I have ever felt before. I must be dreaming. I haven't awoken yet! In this, the land of the free and the home of the brave, this isn't supposed to happen. The remaining hours of the day are filled with fear and frustration, pain and persecution, sadness and sorrow. But somehow, we find the strength to go on. Daylight breaks on Wednesday, I didn't sleep so well. I heard jets overhead during the night. Those men and women who put their lives on the line to see that no more tragedy occurs....and then silence. As I look out the window, I see a group of young children at the bus stop.....their lives have been changed forever...a change that is so evident.......the laughter has been replaced with grief.......the pain of their parents, the pain of all our people. They board their schoolbus as history is being written....about new heros, the unsung heroes who have made the ultimate sacrifice. The next time you have a bad day......take a look back at these days and remember these heroes, FOR WE MUST NEVER FORGET!!!!! May all our prayers and thoughts be with the victims and their families.

Dawn Brandmark, San Jose, CA and Boston
