The Watertown-based Asperger’s Association of New England is screening the documentary “Loving Lampposts’’ at 3 p.m. Sunday. Todd Drezner made the film after his young son was diagnosed with autism, and he learned about differing schools of thought within the autism community. According to the Asperger’s Association, Drezner explores the recovery movement, which views conditions on the autism spectrum as brought on by toxic substances in the environment and capable of being cured, and the neurodiversity movement, which advocates accepting people on the autism spectrum, instead of viewing them as sick and in need of a cure. The film screening will be at 51 Water St., Suite 206, with a suggested donation of $5. - Megan McKee
