LORETTO, Pa. (AP) — Ike Azotam scored a game-high 22 points, Zaid Hearst added 13, and both players grabbed 10 rebounds to help Quinnipiac hold off St. Francis (Pa.) in overtime 75-66 Thursday night in Northeast Conference play.

Jamee Jackson scored 12 points and Ousmane Drame added 10 to help Quinnipiac (6-11, 2-3) snap a three-game losing streak.

Trailing 59-53 with 2:20 left in the second half, St. Francis closed out the period on a 6-0 run to force overtime.

Quinnipiac dominated the overtime period. The Bobcats outscored the Red Flash 16-7, and allowed just one field goal in the extra five minutes. Heart scored six points in overtime.

The Bobcats held a 46-22 advantage in points in the paint, and outrebounded the Red Flash 47-40.

Earl Brown finished with 14 points and 18 rebounds for St. Francis (1-15, 1-4), who has now lost four straight.end of story marker
