North End residents aired grievances about intoxicated partiers who stumble through the neighborhood, sometimes urinating and vomitting on the street, at a monthly public safety meeting. The residents blame young people, specifically students at nearby Suffolk University, saying they have proven disrespectful neighbors for years. The university says the offenders are often young professionals, not students.
