Boy dies a day after struck by vehicle in Boston

BOSTON—Police say a 5-year-old boy who was struck by a vehicle in Boston's Dorchester neighborhood a week ago has died.
No charges have been filed and no citations have been issued to the vehicle's unidentified driver.
The boy was struck May 20 as he played tag with his brother.
Boston Police spokeswoman Officer Nicole Grant said Monday he was declared dead at Boston Medical Center on May 21. His death was first reported by The Boston Globe on Sunday.![]()
