About 240 workers at the Pilgrim nuclear power plant have been locked out of their jobs, due to a labor dispute with the plant’s owner, Louisiana-based Entergy Corp. The company, which mostly operates in states with little tradition of organized labor, has been slow to continue to bargain with the workers, opting instead to ship in workers from other states. After just a few days, even longtime workers are wondering what the impasse will mean for them.
