For the first time since construction halted in late 2009, Harvard University announced Wednesday that the school expects to resume work in 2014 on its planned science complex in Allston -- the single largest investment in a science facility the Ivy League institution has ever made. Construction is planned to begin on a building that would contain between 500,000 and 600,000 square feet of health and life science laboratory, classroom uses, and space intended to foster collaborative innovation, officials said.
