A woman in her 20s was arrested Friday night in connection with the fatal stabbing of another woman in South Boston, a department spokesman said. It was the fourth homicidecq in the neighborhood since mid-April. David Estrada, a police spokesman, said officers responded at 8:30 p.m. to a call for a cardiac arrest incident at 242 East Ninth St., which is part of the Old Colony housing development.
