Manchester lawmaker tossing his E-ZPass
MANCHESTER, N.H. --A Manchester (New Hampshire) lawmaker is tossing his E-ZPass transponder in a protest over allowing police to review E-ZPass records in criminal investigations.
Republican Leo Pepino says it's an invasion of privacy. Pepino says the state should not be releasing information to investigators checking when and where certain vehicles passed through toll plazas.
