With redistricting due to population decline reshaping all of the state's Congressional districts, and the decision by Reps. John Olver and Barney Frank not to run for re-election, this year's US House races are livelier than usual. In the Fourth - Frank's reconfigured district - Republican Sean Bielat is making another run for the seat against political newcomer Joseph P. Kennedy III. Incumbent John Tierney faces a stiff challenge from former GOP state senator Richard Tisei in the Sixth District.
