Metro-North weather delays resolved

NEW YORK (AP) — Metro-North railroad says it’s resolved delays caused by weather-related circuit problems.
The railroad had reported 20-minute rush-hour delays on its Harlem, Hudson and New Haven lines.
It said that by late Wednesday morning, the trains were operating on or close to schedule.
