Manny Ramirez’s stint in Taiwan has apparently come to an end after 49 games. His team, the EDA Rhinos, said in a statement that the former Red Sox slugger had left the team and was expected to leave Taiwan on Thursday. “We regret [Ramirez’s] decision to leave Taiwan, but we would also like to wish him all the best for what he has brought to us and to the prosperity for baseball in Taiwan,” the team said in its statement.
