About him: David Krejci is another member of the core of Bruins that has helped the team become one of the most elite in the NHL over the past few years and won the Stanley Cup in 2011. Centering the top line, Krejci has consistently been one of Boston’s top point-getters for years after being drafted by the Bruins in 2004 and playing full-time in Boston since 2007. In 2008-09, Krejci won the Bruins’ Seventh Player Award and led the NHL with a plus-37. Krejci has been especially valuable in the playoffs, scoring 29 goals and recording 44 assists in 81 career games. Krejci represented his home country of the Czech Republic at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver and looks to make his second team for Sochi.
