With just under two minutes on the clock and his team trailing by a touchdown, Andover coach EJ Perry gave Oliver Eberth the option to pass or run. Perry never doubted that Eberth, a sophomore, had the ability to make the right decision.
Eberth took the snap and carried the ball 6 yards for the tying score, and then delivered the game-tying pass in overtime. Ryan Payne added the extra point, and the No. 20 Golden Warriors defeated North Andover, 33-32, Friday night in North Andover.
