Athletes of the Year

Erika Kelly

Division 2: Watertown, Forward
Earning her second straight Player of the Year nod, Kelley helped lead Watertown to its third straight state title this fall, scoring twice in the final. She was a three-time Middlesex League All-Star and two-time MVP. An honor student, she also plays hockey, and softball.

Meghan Murphy

Division 1: Walpole, Forward
The MVP of the Bay State Conference, Murphy 10 goals and 19 assists helped lead Walpole to its third straught undefeated regular season, and another league title. A high-honors student, who is a three-time gold medalist on the National Latin exam, she has committed to Georgetown.

All-Scholastics

Katy Cronin

Franklin, forward
One of the top scoring threats in the state, Cronin tallied 36 goals and another 19 assists this season, leading the Panthers to the Hockomock title and earning the league MVP nod. A four-time all-star, she will play field hockey at Holy Cross.

Grace Davis

Sandwich, Senior, forward
Davis finished her senior year as the third-leading scorer in the state with 27 goals and eight assists. For her career, she had 65 goals. The three-time Atlantic Coast League All-Star led Sandwich to a 16-2-3 mark. She's also a three-time ACL lacrosse All-Star.

Taylor Farris

Andover
The defensive anchor for the Division 1 state champions, Farris helped Andover record 19 shutouts and allow just four goals this year. A two-time MVC All-Conference performer, she tallied four goals and six assists this season as well. An honor roll student she also plays softball.

Katherine Ferrari

Bishop Stang, defense
Ferrari was the backbone of a strong defense for a Bishop Stang team that finished with its second straight unbeaten regular season at 17-0-2. A team captain and EAC All-Star, she was a three-year varsity starter. She is a National Honor Society student and hopes to play field hockey in college.

Sophie Fitzpatrick

Duxbury, goalie
The backbone of Duxbury's first sectional title since 1976, Fitzpatrick allowed only six goals this season for the Dragons. She was a team captain and three-year starter, and she also plays lacrosse. An honor student she will continue her field hockey career at Lehigh.

Katie Kelley

Walpole, goalie
Kelley proved her value in a regular season in which she gave up just four goals in a 21-1 season. A Bay State Conference All-Star, she's 84-5-2 in her fours. She was also selected a Best of 60 All-Star and was on the gold medal team at the National Festival.

Michelle McNeil

Canton
McNeil was the midfield presence that helped Canton to its third straight Division 2 South field hockey title this season. A three-time Hockomock All-Star also plays hockey and lacrosse and competes in triathlons. A National Honor Society member, she will attend Holy Cross.

Kelsey Mullaney

Dana Hall, Senior
Mullaney captained her team to an EIL title while leading the squad in assists this season. The senior class president, she is also a four-year starter in softball and ice hockey, will continue playing field hockey at Bowdoin.

Hannah Murphy

Duxbury, Junior, Forward
Making her second All-Scholastic appearance, Murphy helped lead Duxbury to the Patriot League title, and its first Division 1 South sectional title since 1976. The single-season goal scoring record holder at Duxbury, she had 10 goals and 19 assists this fall. She also plays lacrosse.

Allie Renzi

Acton-Boxborough, Sophomore, Defense
As a defender Renzi helped lead the Colonials to 11 shutouts en route to the North sectional final. But she also had a nose for the net, potting seven goals including three game winners. An honor roll student she also plays basketball at A-B.

Meghan Richer

Harwich, Senior
The South Shore League's leading scoring, Richer's 29 goals and 25 assists helped the Rough Riders to 16-3-2 record and spot in the South semifinals. For her career she has 60 goals and 53 assists with a year to go. She also plays basketball and softball.

Allison Rolfe

Dennis-Yarmouth, Senior, forward
Rolfe was a top scorer for the Dolphins this season, helping D-Y to a 15-3-2 record and an ACL All-Star nod. She runs track in the spring, and is a National Honor Society member who plans to be a pre-med major in college.

Tabitha Sabky

Middlesex, Senior, Midfield
Sabky's 17 goals and 17 assists led her team this season, as Middlesex finished second in both the ISL and New England tournament. A Class B All-Star, she has won a pair of national championships with her Cape Ann Coalition club team. She will attend Dartmouth.

Katrina Squeri

Chelmsford, Senior, Midfield
The MVC Player of the Year, Squeri helped lead Chelmsford to a 17-3 season, and a sectional semifinal. She leaves Chelmsford a three time MVC All-Conference performer, and four-year varsity player. She is a three-sport captain who also plays hockey and lacrosse.

Sage Stebbins

Cohasset, center mid
A true playmaker, Stebbins finished the season with 19 assists from her midfield spot. Her efforts led the Skippers to the Division 2 South sectional final. The team captain and National Honor Society student, she also plays basketball and lacrosse and will attend Siena.

Lauren Sutherland

Watertown, Junior, Midfield
Sutherland helped lead the Red Raiders to a 22-0-1 record and another state title this fall, her third in a row. She is a solid two-way player, and a two-time Middlesex League All-Star. A high honors student, she also plays lacrosse at Watertown.

Jaclyn Torres

Andover, Junior
Making her second All-Scholastic appearance, Torres was a key cog in Andover's run to a state title. Netting 18 goals and adding 10 assists on the season, she helped lead the Golden Warriors to an unbeaten season. She als runs track and plays lacrosse at Andover.

Eileen Donahue

Watertown
Donahue guided Watertown to its third straight state title this fall, and her 12th overall. A 22-time Middlesex League champion, and 19-time North sectional winner, she earned her 500th career win this season, and currently stands at 505-30-45 in 26 years at the helm.

Pam Manley

Duxbury
In her fifth season, Manley has turned Duxbury into a Patriot League power, winning three straight titles. But this season she got them to the next level with a 22-2 record and the program's first sectional title since 1976. She is a graduate of Dedham High and Trinity College.
