It's been 15 years since "Good Will Hunting" introduced Matt Damon, Ben Affleck, and Southie to a mainstream audience.

We interviewed location scouts to share some stories behind the making of the movie and we tracked down the spots where filmmakers shot scenes to see how much has changed.

Many things have changed since then: Damon is juggling action and indie movies, Affleck just won best director at the Golden Globes, and Southie's getting a reality TV show. How appropriate that the trio will be reuniting in the near future for a movie about former South Boston resident "Whitey" Bulger.
